Prostration Effect

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

— Proverbs 3:5-6

Absolutely submit to God by prostrating yourself before Him in trusting in Him because of who He is and shown Himself to be—all knowing, all powerful, and your Savior. Because of this, trust in the Lord with your whole being, realizing you don’t know all things, cannot win all battles, and cannot effect anything within time, including your salvation from sins and death.

Because of this understanding of who God is and who you are not and can’t be, acknowledge God’s wisdom, power, and authority and submit yourself and life to Him. When you do, God will direct your life so that you will continue to walk close to Him and will receive His powerful, wise, and understanding protection, provision, peace, discipline, kindness, truth, grace, healing, good reputation, honor, love, and eternal life through salvation.

What keeps you from recognizing who God is and who you aren’t? Why won’t you submit to God, the almighty, omnipotent, omnipotent, and grace-giving God?
